Our Team

Spring Hill Senior Living is a partnership of people with nearly 300 employees serving residents in our nine communities. Inspired by our employees Spring Hill Senior Living leaders guide, teach, coach and demonstrate every day their commitment to the organization's mission, vision and values.

Ronnie Cook is the Chief Executive Officer, an owner of Spring Hill Senior Living and a veteran of the senior living industry. He is responsible for articulating the organizational vision, establishing operational goals and leading the design of services and programs that are responsive to the needs of residents and families today and into the future. With a strong collaborative style, he guides the leadership team in setting goals and priorities and developing and implementing assessment and accountability tools. He hires and mentors members of the leadership team and oversees the Spring Hill Senior Living office. Prior to joining Spring Hill, Ronnie was the Executive Vice President of Southern Assisted Living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He managed a senior team that provided quality lifestyle service to 2,700 residents in 40 locations. He believes more important than just getting things done is how strong connections with others can add to one's life personally and professionally. This philosophy has allowed him to inspire and execute a shared mission with the Spring Hill Senior Living owners, the leadership team, community employees, residents and family members.

Warren Page is Executive Vice President and has more than 23 years' experience in senior living and long-term care. He is responsible for bringing life to the organization's mission by leading and directing foundational programs such as customer service and Spring Hill's signature "better living" programs like our Wellness Atmosphere. His focus is on ensuring that everyone from the community executive directors to the line staff has the critical thinking skills and tools to be able to respond to any situation in a consistent Spring Hill customer-first manner. Warren's experience as a nursing assistant and Registered Nurse is the springboard for his passion for excellence. His successful career in older adult services includes the development and implementation of numerous care, service delivery, quality improvement and operating systems for both small and large organizations. Warren served as Vice President of Operations for Lutheran Homes of South Carolina where he managed this not-for-profit serving 1,600 residents and 1,000 employees. He believes the most valuable gift is to be a good listener and this philosophy embraces each and every relationship he has with Spring Hill Senior Living owners, fellow leadership team members, community employees, residents and family members.

Rebecca Widden is Chief Financial Officer and leads the financial and accounting team at Spring Hill Senior Living. She is responsible for not only the Spring Hill Senior Living organizational budget, but also the individual community budgets. She is instrumental in establishing operational performance benchmarks and measures month-to-date and year-to-date performance outcomes. In addition she oversees human resources and employee benefits. She works closely with community executive directors and office managers as a teacher and coach to increase their knowledge of and skills in handling all financial related issues. Before joining Spring Hill, Rebecca was with Holiday Retirement Corporation in Salem, Oregon. There she served as Senior Financial Analyst helping lead a team that served 30,000 residents and 9,000 employees. She believes that each employee is a steward of the organization's financial resources acting always on behalf of residents.

Janie Deubel is Regional Director of Operations overseeing the six Washington communities. She is responsible for working with the community executive directors and their teams to ensure services and programs exceed resident expectations, meet regulatory requirements, reflect the preferences of residents and family members and meet established operational goals and objectives. Janie is actively involved in Spring Hill Senior Living employee training and orientation programs. She has nearly 20 years' experience in senior housing and previously worked for Beverly Enterprises and Eagle Health Care. She believes that "how" Spring Hill delivers services is as important as what services are offered. To Janie, the "how" is a commitment to passionate service that begins and ends with each individual employee.
