Spring Hill Senior Living Adds to Senior Management Team

Vancouver, WA - April 2, 2007

Spring Hill Senior Living announced today the completion of the organization's senior management team with the additions of Warren Page, Executive Vice President and Rebecca Widden, Chief Financial Officer.

Warren Page brings 23 years' experience in senior living and long term care to his position as Vice President. He joins Spring Hill from Lutheran Homes of South Carolina where he served as Vice President of Operations managing this not-for-profit organization serving 1,600 residents and 1,000 employees. Page's primary responsibilities for Spring Hill will include community operations and accountability, executive director recruitment and training and managing the organization's culture.

Rebecca Widden joins the Spring Hill team from Holiday Retirement Corporation in Salem, Oregon where she served as Senior Financial Analyst and was a member of the team serving 30,000 residents and 9,000 employees. Her experience in human resource management, payroll systems, 401k reporting and reconciliation and accounting/financial operating systems give her the expertise necessary to manage the Spring Hill corporate and community budgets and establish financial performance benchmarks.
