Eggs Benedict
Canadian-style bacon and poached eggs atop a hot buttered English muffin drizzled with hollandaise sauce.
French Toast
Residents' favorite, Texas bread dipped in a creamy egg and cinnamon mixture, grilled until golden brown and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Lasagna
Fresh egg pasta layered between our special recipe Italian Ragu (meat sauce) and ricotta cheese with Béchamel (white sauce). Baked to perfection and served with garlic bread.
Baked Rainbow Trout
Fresh rainbow trout bathed in garlic-lemon butter and served atop a savory wild rice pilaf and accompanied by fresh mixed steamed vegetables.
Carrot-Ginger Soup
This delicate yet flavorful soup combines pureed carrots with fresh ginger and chicken stock and topped with a drizzle of cream or fresh cilantro.
Chicken Marsala
Tender chicken breast sautéed in a butter and Marsala reduction added to our own marinara sauce and served atop fettuccine. Sautéed mushrooms and parsley add the finishing flare.
Strawberry Shortcake
Fresh locally grown strawberries made into a sweet sauce and fresh whipping cream atop homemade biscuits.
Breakfast Bar
Our breakfast bar is available daily with seasonal fresh fruit and juice.
Salad Bar
Our salad bar is available daily with two salad choices, cottage cheese, seasonal fresh fruit and all the salad trimmings.
