Short-term Rehabilitation
A hospital stay as a result of illness or injury may call for short-term rehabilitation. You'll find these services at select Spring Hill communities. Licensed staff along with certified nursing assistants and rehabilitation specialists design programs to help patients heal, gain strength and return home or to a setting of lesser care. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are the corner stones of the short-term services.
Long-term Care
For those unable to live independently at home and who require 24-hour nursing care, Spring Hill offers long-term care services at select communities. Creating a home environment for residents is the foundation of long-term care services. Restorative nursing and rehabilitation staff offers walking, strengthening, range of motion and other services to keep residents as strong as possible and engaged in life with family, friends and activities.
